Why donate? - The children of Ecuador lack access to regular, high-quality education.Without education, their options in life are narrow.A good education will widen their horizons, giving them the opportunity to improve their own and their families´ lives.By sponsoring a child, you are providing this opportunity.The Genesis School provides many things that other schools in Ecuador are unable to offer:small class sizes; classes in English, computers, and art; and a warm and spacious environment.By donating to Genesis, you are giving directly to a community that needs your help and can use it effectively.
As a sponsor, you will receive letters and pictures from the child whose education is being made possible by you.You will have regular reports on the child’s progress, so that you can see the difference you are making all year.

How can I support the Genesis Volunteer Program? You can support the work of GVP organization in three ways:

1.- Be a volunteer .- Participating in GVP, you are supporting the free education of a student for 2 months: apply now

2.- Make a donations on line.- By donating to Genesis, you are giving directly to a community that needs your help and can use it effectively: donate link

3.- Sponsoring a child.- Be a sponsor of a student for her/his education for a year. You can make a major impact on a child’s life: sponsor a child’s education at the Genesis School.Your contribution goes directly to:
- Tuition
- School uniform
- Books and materials
- Medical assistance

4. Fixing Our Sea Wall -Due to the everchanging climate the Sea Wall surrounding the school is eroding and it´s necessary to build a new one. We have no funds for this projects and are aiming to raise $35.000 in 2007.
